Product Training

Wireless Edge provides training on operation and maintenance of the software and hardware components of its systems during the installation phase. We train your trainers – for call-takers, dispatchers, supervisors and drivers and oversee their training of your personnel. Follow-up training is always available as we are onsite through commissioning and in-service. A key part of this training is recognizing any abnormality in performance and knowing how to deal with it – quickly and effectively. All part of delivering a high-performance taxi management system.
