Installations
Wireless Edge uses a proven implementation plan along with your operations, radio and software vendor personnel to deliver your mobile data system on time without disruption to your business.
Training
Training is provided to dispatch office staff, drivers, and radio shop technicians. Documentation and tools are provided for ongoing training to be taken up by those selected as trainers by the customer and the radio shop.
Support
All phases of installation are supported online by Wireless Edge technicians, with further support on-site for testing and in-service phases. Equipment repairs are provided as per a time and materials or monthly basis.
