Payments – Wireless Edge's Passenger Payment Terminal gives passengers and drivers an easy and fast way to process card transactions of all types. Passengers can use Google Wallet along with credit, debit, private label, gift and corporate cards in the back-seat to pay for fares. The large bright color touch screen displays the meter amount and any extras during the trip and leads the passenger through intuitive screens similar to any store to swipe the card and enter a tip to complete the payment.

Advertising – The back seat payment terminal offers media and marketing opportunities to organizations wanting to make an impression on your passenger. “Payment enabled media” is an emerging advertising venue in which your company may be able to get receive payments for advertising placed on the terminal during the passenger’s trip.

Authorization – You can authorize all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express within 5 to 9 seconds of your passenger pressing OK on the payment terminal. You can accept PIN debit and smart cards and issue private label and gift cards to your customers to pay for service. This increase control over your payments made by your customers and will speed up your accounting and billing process.

Security – All transactions are securely and reliably managed with Wireless Edge’s Vista card processing software. Once the charge is approved, the funds are wire transferred to your company’s bank account within 48 hours.
